This hunting lease is leased and not available. This Cabell County property consists of predominately mature hardwoods. I found tons of oaks that were dropping mast during my inspection. Several old roads are present that will give easy access by ATV to most of the property. Several ridges and benches are on the property which will give hunters numerous setup locations. Three access points are present on the property to allow for access with most any wind. I found several nice trails and areas were the deer were feeding on the acorns. I also jumped 2 groups of does on two different ridges. Property is less than 20 minutes from Huntington WV which will provide all the amenities needed. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
